App-Specific Terms
The following clauses apply only to the specific apps named. They are in addition to — not in place of — the general Terms above.
Pocket Dares
Pocket Dares is an entertainment app that suggests dares, challenges, and activities for users to perform. By using Pocket Dares you acknowledge and agree that:
- You perform any dare entirely at your own risk.
- You are solely responsible for assessing whether a dare is safe, legal, and appropriate in your situation before attempting it.
- We are not responsible for any injury, property damage, embarrassment, legal consequences, relationship fallout, or other harm arising from attempting — or choosing not to attempt — any dare.
- You will not perform any dare that is illegal where you are, that endangers yourself or others, or that involves non-consenting third parties.
- Dares are suggestions for entertainment only and do not constitute advice of any kind.
If you are unsure whether a dare is safe or appropriate, do not attempt it.
